What is the best beginning of a board or Cornhole bags together?

I have a series of bags, or some people call Cornhole. important to mention the game where you throw bean bags to board a hole in it. but I wonder what is the best way to build up? I want my advice do not bounce like crazy and the number of slides and the right amount of stick. where is the wood? and what type of finish shall be it?
