Daycare Preschool

I live in California and want to start a nursery or a creche in the house. Do I need a certificate of pre-school?

Also the license and the licenses they need to start a nursery, I need training or certification to teach preschool in my home? I would like to announce my nursery as a nursery school and I want to ensure they meet all the conditions if any?

You should at least have a CDA (Child Development Associate) certificate / diploma. I think it can happen to a university local. Wikipedia states, "Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is the United States gives to those who have completed a list of requirements, including 120 hours of training approved by the Council for Professional Recognition, which have passed inspection work with infants and young children of preschoolers. CDA should be able to work with parents and children, and be competent in all areas of development child. The CDA has been accepted in all 50 United States and U.S. territories. The credential enables professionals CDA child care to increase their skills and advance in the forward positions. The credentials of the ADC is required License for teachers of child care and / or care administrators of the child care center in many states.
