I wonder what a "sale" is in a house …? I want to buy and have highlighted notes that several properties "subject to the approval of sale" or "selling short as possible." Thank you!

This means that the seller may have some financial issues and needs to get out from under the house. Sales, not always, but usually a last resort to rid of a seller a house before they walk away from here … but do not come with a mortgage in May … so much better conditions and may be very good business. The seller negotiated with the loss bedding department of your lender, the lender is willing to take less than what is due on the property and that May or May not be related to market value … each operation is different. So when you see, "subject Approval of the sale, the seller is to leave all the world knows, is that the loss bedding department must approve the offer by the bank to release of the mortgage when the transaction is closed. All that means to you, take a few days for a property contract, but I would like to buy a definiately selling on any day of the week. … However, note that the seller pays the closing costs are usually not in the package.
